On the evening of July 17, at East Sea Park, the Da Nang City Department of Tourism held the opening ceremony for the Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2024. This is the city’s annual summer festival, featuring many activities and experiences for residents and tourists.

The Enjoy Da Nang Festival takes place from July 17 to 21, with around 14 activities. The highlight is the grand music night at the opening ceremony, held at 7:30 PM on July 17 at East Sea Park, gathering many famous singers and artists.
Additionally, the festival includes various other activities such as an art kite performance from July 17 to 19, and a sailing boat show on the Han River on July 20. The sailing boat show is a unique activity of the festival, featuring over 15 sailing boats parading along the Han River.
Visitors to Da Nang during this time can also participate in the Vietnam – International Culinary Festival, with over 50 food stalls offering local, regional, and international cuisine. Here, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy hundreds of famous dishes, combined with sightseeing and shopping for souvenirs, agricultural products, and foods at the OCOP product display and sales space.
At night, there are a series of art programs across the city such as Enjoy Da Nang (held at East Sea Park, Ha Khe Beach Park, and the park at the end of Nguyen An Ninh Street, Lien Chieu District); street art programs like Han River Dance, Bai Choi singing performances, brass band performances, magic shows, and youth art playgrounds (folk dancing, street dancing, hip-hop)…
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People’s Committee Tran Chi Cuong stated that the Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2024 is a large-scale investment by the city, with many new activities. The festival is expected to become a distinctive tourism product, inviting both domestic and international tourists. Moreover, the event also contributes to connecting and supporting businesses in introducing tourism services, enhancing their business effectiveness.
