Ho Chi Minh City inspects more than 60 real estate trading floors

This inspection aims to strengthen inspection and perform the State management function over the operation of real estate trading floors in the area; propagandize and guide real estate trading floors to strictly observe the legal provisions on real estate business.

Assess the operation situation, difficulties and problems for coordination in handling and settlement in accordance with law, or propose competent agencies to handle and settle according to the provisions of law; detect, rectify and strictly handle violations in accordance with law.

Exchanges will be inspected on the conditions for establishing real estate trading floors under Article 69 of the Law on Real Estate Business. The disclosure of information, the content of publicizing information about real estate put into business according to Article 6 of the Law on Real Estate Business.

Check the contents of activities on real estate purchase, sale, transfer, lease, sublease, and lease purchase transactions; organize the sale, transfer, lease, sublease, lease purchase of real estate; introduce, list, and publicly provide information about real estate to parties wishing to transact; check real estate documents to ensure eligibility for transactions; acting as an intermediary for parties to exchange, negotiate and sign real estate purchase, transfer, lease, sublease, and lease purchase contracts.
