Agribank Asset Exploitation and Debt Management Company (Agribank AMC) announces the selection of an auction organization for the collateral assets of Hoa Tra Import-Export Co., Ltd at Agribank Truong Son branch.
Collateral is land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land plots 1158 and 1159, in Long Truong ward, Thu Duc city (former district 9), Ho Chi Minh City. In which, one plot of land in a long-term urban area is 1,857 m2 wide and the other is 661 m2 wide, which is land for perennial crops with an expiry date of December 1, 2068. In addition, the property is also a house attached to land with an area of 35.7 m2.
The starting price for all the above assets is VND 63.1 billion. This starting price does not include taxes, fees, charges, value added tax in case the auctioned property is subject to tax as prescribed.
Agribank said that the source of the property was Mr. Nguyen Phuong Nam’s mortgage as security for the loan of Hoa Tra Import-Export Co., Ltd. under the property mortgage contract signed on September 9, 2020 between Agribank and Agribank. Mr. Phuong Nam.
Hoa Tra Import-Export Co., Ltd was established in August 2017, the business mainly operates in the field of wholesale of materials and other installation equipment in construction. In addition to the above two land lots, Agribank AMC is also choosing to organize an auction for two other land lots in Ho Chi Minh City, one of which is in Thu Duc City (former district 9) and one in Binh Chanh district. Collateral for the loan of An Nhien Transport Trading Co., Ltd at Agribank Tan Binh branch.
Accordingly, the land use right in Phu Huu ward, Thu Duc city has a starting price of 26 billion VND and the land use right in Tan Tuc town, Binh Chanh district has a starting price of 9.4 billion VND.
